13dp5dt - too faint on a FRER?

I’m assuming this is too faint on a FRER at 13dp5dt - I tested at 11dp OTD on clinic test and on two clear blues since with faint lines so expected FRER to be darker if progressing. Is this a chemical? photo is at the 3mins (excuse the dog hair) 😳

will post in comments what it looked like ‘dry’ like an hour later x
