Sensitive Post BFP but suddenly feeling terrible* 8DP5DT

Further to my last post I've continued to test to check line progression or fading and to my utter shock line is stronger than at 6DP5DT. My clinic would have been testing me tomorrow but close on Saturday so said I could test at home and beta on Monday.

This PM headache has kicked in and won't go, approximately 4 strong stabbing pains in the region of my left ovary and generally feel off/sick. Has anyone else had this around this time? I didn't last time so worrying it's a sign that things could now start going wrong.

I strangely didn't get headaches in pregnancy at all, when ordinarily I would be a migraine sufferer so we realised hormones played a big part. By this I mean, hormones have a lot to answer for so as long as your headache isn't debilitating and it passes with rest, fluid and/or some Paracetamol then just down to your body adjusting.

The ovary twinges and discomfort though, yeah absolutely this was something I had and researched a little at the time. It's very common and for me noticeably passed after the first trimester.
