Missed 3rd Period after failed ivf cycle

Hi, Me & my partner did 1 ivf cycle in Sept-Oct. It was unsuccessful. Only collected 1 egg & it fertilised but did not last long till day 5. After that I had 2 periods on time & were as my normal. This 3rd one is a week ahead. It never happened to me before. I did pregnancy test as well that is negative. Does anyone know if its normal to be like this post failed ivf cycle?

If i'm not pregnant, how can the preiods be that late? & I don't even have any signs of period yet. Can anyone help please if they know anything?

Did your period come after? I think I am in the same situation as you.

Yes my period started after 45 days then.. bit i just got embryo transfer yesterday from 2nd cycle now.. today i got very bad back pain.. don't know really what could be the cause.. its so scary really..
