How long do you think it will be before we get a letter?

Hi im new to this...I called my hospital to see where we were on waiting list and was told all our paperwork has been signed off.

Hi I got to the top of my waiting list in September and got a letter on 11/9. I had previously been told by them that the run the list on the first of the month. So I would reckon you should get a letter this week.

We were pulled on the July 13 list, I contacted my hospital the second week of July and they arranged our appointment over the phone for sep 12th. We didn't get our letter for about 5weeks but they did have an issue with printing something off so shouldn't have taken so long. I'm not sure how your ivf clinic works but we had a presentation meeting with 8 other couples on the 12 sep then the following week had out treatment planning appointment. I imaging if they're sending a letter with a date to start they should be able to tell you that over the phone ???? Hopefully won't be too long for you x
Thanks for your replies. ..my hubby called and said the nurse told him all signed off and should be in touch soon. Hate waiting but glad we are getting closer. We are at Edinburgh royal infirmary.
Won't be long now......When you finally get called it goes quite fast......especially in comparison to the 2year wait on the list 
Thanks emmy007 . My bmi is 31 and pretty worried that will hold us back. Where are you in your treatment?
I've been on suprecur inj for 2 weeks and I've got my scan in the morning to see if my womb lining is thin enough to start stimulating injections. My bmi is 30......I've been worried about it too but just seem to eat more!!! They didn't even weigh me at my appointment, just asked my weight and height?!! How long have you been waiting?
We first went to our gp about 18mnths ago now and got accepted for ivf and put on list this Feb so it has come round pretty fast. Just want to get started now. Keep me informed on ur progress
