I'm waiting for results from Dr Shehata and I wondered if anyone here had A) had success with him before and B) which IVF clinic did you use in conjunction with his treatment please?
I was advised that he works in conjunction with Kings Fertility and I would love to keep it all in one place if I could but am also open to other suggestions.
I'm not based in London so I want to make sure I make the right decision. I just want the best possible chance as this is my final cycle as I've just turned 41 and have been on the IVF trail for 10 years now
Thank you for reading

Hi, I am thinking of using Dr Shetata for nk cells testing but haven’t done so yet. I hadn’t considered which clinic to use in conjunction, I’m not sure it matters if he works independently, prescribes independently and you just advise your ivf clinic so I had just assumed I’d continue with my usual clinic. Maybe he writes to them to let them know his findings though. Unsure but others on here have already seen dr Shetata so may be able to answer your question more fully.
Thanks for your response. You’re right. I’m sure he works perfectly well with other clinics, in fact, my friend had 2 successful treatments with him and she went to Prague. I’ve decided to definitely not use my recent clinic as although they’re close, they were useless in my last cycle. I could never get hold of them despite ringing all the time - they still don’t know the cycle failed, even though it was over a month ago.
It’s so hard finding a new clinic as there aren’t many near me that have good success rates x
I know the feeling of feeling dissatisfied with your clinic very well. If we do another I think we may look elsewhere, but apparently where I am is good so a bit worrying if that’s the bar set for other clinics. It’s a disgrace you can’t get hold of them and they don’t know the cycle failed. Sounds like a move may be best, if there is anything better around of course. Good luck with whatever you decide xx
