Morning sickness help

I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant. Since 7 weeks I was really sick could barely eat in the morning.

Today has been the first time I've been able to eat in the morning and not feel nauseous. I also feeling more hungry then normal.

I'm worried my symptoms are going could be sign of miscarriage, has anyone else experienced this, is this normal.
