I had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago and my first period came 2 weeks ago. I decided to start using the Femometer Ovulation Test Strips to check my ovulation.
This is my first time using Ovulation tests but to my understanding, LH levels should start increasing just before day 14 of the cycle, when ovulation is meant to happen.
My cycle has always been very regular, always 28 days. Now, I've been doing the LH tests from day 12 to day 16 (today) and LH levels are always 0.
Has anyone experienced this after a miscarriage? If so I would love to hear your thoughts! I'm a bit worried with LH levels being zero always
Thanks for readying xx

I dont think its abnormal not to ovulate straight after a MC, after all of mine I have had really weird cycles and had some annovulatory ones. When you are pregnant your body doesnt generate any eggs so its only once your HCG is down to zero your body will start to even recognise it needs to do that.
Keep testing just in case, I know lock down is sending peoples cycles a bit mental. I normally ovulate on day 14 and ovulated on day 21 this month!!
I would start testing a bit earlier as well, and test a couple of times a day (11am and 4pm or similar)
I am sure things will kick into place in the next month or so
Hi. Talking from personal experience, make sure you are testing correctly. I know I didn't when I started using the strips! Twice a day, concentrated urine. First test after 11am, second after 8pm. I've learnt the hard way 😂
I finally started having positive LH levels on day 18 and saw my peak levels yesterday (day 19) so I believe I ovulated yesterday as I tested again today and my levels are coming down.
