Spotting 5+4

Hi I am wondering if any one else had the same symptoms.

I am currently 5+4 weeks second attempt at ivf with de. I miscarried last time at 10 weeks with oe.since Monday I have been spotting fresh blood briefly now very pale brown and light. Also have a dull ache in lower abdo. Spoken to clinic and just got to wait until scan next week. Any advice?
