My avocados seem to ripen to soon . I started using Avocado Mash by Good Foods on my Dave's bread. I do not have high BP, so salt is not an issue. Is this Mash as good in nutrition as fresh avocados as I have been wasting fresh ones.

The color change is oxidation and doesn't look good to us but nutritionally there is very little change. We respond visually to the color of mold but that isn't mold and is quite safe. Like all fruits and vegetables they do lose some nutritional value due to oxidation so consuming sooner is better.

I put ripe avocados in the refrigerator and they last a long time.
