This is nothing we did not know - but it is nice that there is a study that we can share to help convince those who are yet to be convinced.

My sister has fibromyalgia, my daughter-in-law has diabetes and my brother is morbidly obese and has cancer - but none of them would take any notice of any advice I might give them.

My dad was the same. Every time I gave him some advice about his health (he had several cancer-related conditions) he would smile and say ok - and ignore me. But once a nurse, Dr anyone else really said the same(ish) thing he would say “that’s what you told me” a proceed to implement it!
