I have found that since I started on IF I have slept more soundly then wake up refreshed 
Ditto 😃 I sleep very well during a fast.
Stress and not sleeping well before a fast however, make it more difficult to attempt a fast, because they both make me feel more hungry.
Hey a great poll Stoozie, I find I want to eat more if I sleep less. 😊

Me too Jerry. My days when i have slept very badly are quite carby/sugar heavy!
