I hate Sunday's

Why oh why are Sunday's so horrid in this house every Sunday we have the devil child which puts everyone in a bad mood for the rest of the day it seems to get worse as she turns into a teenager 😱

It's probably the normal teenage stuff making it get worse as she becomes a teenager add in FASD and she's coping with a lot. Our bad day with our son tends to be a saturday. I think it's the change in routine and less structure??? Maybe she is anxious about starting back to school and all the stresses that brings on Monday?? We manage it by telling him the night before that tomorrow is a no school day and telling him the plan and use a pictoral plan of the day.... And stick to it! Lots of clear concise explanations with minimal choice on the Saturday. Things are lots better.
