I have been diagnosed with Ramsey hunt syndrome but gp will not prescribe steroids? Should I continue to insist on these

Hi Emma, I have Bell's, but from what I know about Ramsay Hunt you need to have both steroids and anti virals, both preferably within 72 hours of onset. See the Facial Palsy Association website. Lorraine the nice help advisor is very good, she works Monday Wednesday and Friday. I hope you get what you need. Xx
