I was reading an article regarding Bell's and it stated that the stardard treat using sterio was not great, but in a trail B12 was taken and gave better result, more quickly. Besides injections is it in pill form and has anyone come across this. Because it focus on the nerves it's seems to be more likely to reduce or decrease problems.

I take high concentration vitamin b complex (solgar b100). I originally started it because it was recommended by my rheumatologist for energy, but I am sure it has helped with my recovery. I read that b 12 and b 6 are good to boost for nerve problems. I know b12 is available in pill format and is effective ( my mother has pernicious anemia and takes it to boost in between injections).
