Hi, I was diagnosed with bells palsy six months ago. My face has gotten all functions back but I still have head pressure at times which develops and anxitey and also a metallic taste. Is this normal? It seems people recover but don't mention anything about head pressure anxiety from it. I never had any of these issues before bells palsy.

Glad to know you got your facial functions back. It's common to have anxiety as a fear that it could come back however there's a small chance for it to cause again. You should follow some regular facial exercises and meditation and add it to your daily routine. Avoid stress and eat healthy
