Synkinesis after bell's palsy

After recovering from bell's palsy I'm facing synkinesis problem. Can someone plz tell me what should I do ???? It will be really helpful...

Thanks I will but I recovered from bell's palsy but now I'm facing synkinesis.when I try to lift my eyebrows up my cheek also goes up and I can't pout my lips. And when I try to pout my lips I notice I can see my veins on my neck (bell's palsay side). Can u suggest something what to do ??

Hello what is synkinesis i haven heard of this in two and a half years iv had facial palsy

Synkinesis is incorrectly linked/unwanted facial movements on the side of the face affected by facial palsy. It is usually happens after a prolonged period of facial palsy.
