My husband has Bell's Pausy his jaws lock shut he's about bit his tounge off an is breaking teeth. I have to blend all of his food up so he can eat it threw s straw he is in so much pain. If he tries to lay down it sends his jaw spasms. I am at my the end of my rope can't stand to see him in so much pain.

This sounds as if you need further help. I suggest that you make a GP appointment and ask for a referral to ENT or maxillo-facial department at your local hospital.
