Bell's palsy and vascular loop

I have had Bell's palsy since 2000 and have now had a total of three attacks. The one was January this year. It has been a long struggle but my face is as good as it is going to get. Having had a mri with contrast recently, it has been found that I have a vascular loop. I was wondering if anyone else had one as well whose got or had bell's palsy.
