firstly I’m hopeless on the internet and chet stuff but wanted to say, for only one else like that, that’s fine.

I’ve got a lot out of just Erin a bit better and some gum visite to walk, cross trainer and cycle to burn off te calories.have lost a bit of weight )not much but a bit. It’s stable then falls then stable again etc but I feel healthier and in slightly better shape. By not setting a high goal (if jus fail on that) it’s been manageable and positive physically and mentally

So this is to say what worked for me. Nothing dramatic, or wow impressive, but I feel good about slow but some progress and which I think will continue - so I’m pleased.

No high targets for me and no comparing to others except that I do get some people find it difficult. This put a brake on putting on more weight or feeling a bit dull and has improved my quality of life.

Pleased.
