Hello, we released an update at the end of last week - it looks like something was missed during testing. We'll look into this first thing Monday! Thanks for letting us know.
I installed it Sunday morning onto a fully up to date iOS handset. All appeared to work. It stopped working by Sunday evening, I tried again early Monday and it worked briefly and has stopped again at 07:45hrs.
Looking at the behaviour of the app itself the problem is not with it, but the backend where it connects to.
I am guessing that the "update" refered to elsewhere, is not with the App but the backend and it is down in some way.
UPDATE: no news from EXI but the App now connects to the back end system as at 11:45hrs if that helps.
