I’ve tried every thing he’s over three he’s happy with pants on and sitting on the toilet but he won’t physically go he would rather wet himself I just don’t know what else to do

Even though he’s over 3, maybe he’s not ready yet. I tried three times with my little girl to potty train her & the third time was led more by her curiosity and she took the lead a little.

If you’ve tried reward charts & he’s not keen atm, then pause it (enjoy Xmas etc) and try again in a months time x

Get him to clean his mess up? He'll soon stop wetting himself. Or have friends round he won't want to show people that he's still acting like a baby. Maybe nursery can help out. If he watches the other kids useing a toilet and being a big kid. Reward charts don't always work.
