Hi. My names Randy. I had a RRP and IMRT treatments three years later. I got an implant put in about four years ago after three years if using the VED. The con side was having to have surgery and waiting to heal. Also I lost a little length. About one inch initally but after about a year, I got back about 1/2 inch.

The pros are that you don't have to wait for a pill or shot to work. You can pump it up to a good erection in about thirty seconds. By good erection I mean I can hang a bath towel on it. Ha ha. You can leave it pumped for hours or all night. No pain at all. No one can tell you have it because the incision was in the scrotum. It looks and feels very natural. Also, because the tubes are inserted into the penis shaft, there is no more cold water shrinkage. Even when completely deflated it looks like it's almost at it's full length, even though it's hanging down limp. I'm very happy with it and it was completely covered by insurance.
