Brain Ventricles & Brain Lobes - What's the Connection to T/Cs & High CSF

How are the ventricles linked to the 4 lobes of the brain & where is each lobe located in relation to the ventricles? Does the lobes &/or ventricles penetrate each other, if yes how? I know on my scans it reads dilation of frontal, temportal & occiputal horns, how do that affect each lobe of the brain? Can that emit T/Cs? How is each lobe affected by increased CSF pressure ie. symptoms etc.? Does malformed ventricles as parts are missing & parts which needs to open are fused cause T/Cs b/c of the ventricles being linked to the lobes? If yes, which lobes are affected to emit T/CSF?
