Are they seizures?

For the past year I zone out and my arm tenses up. Here recently I zone out and drop whatever is in my hands. I don’t really think it’s a seizure, but I have no idea what it is. Any suggestions on what it is or how to help it. I have a doctors appointment soon. Help please!

That doesn't sound like a seizure to me . In a seizure you'll most likely feel it coming, but some you don't get warnings. In the seizures I have when I have one I get lethargic as well I'll loose function of my arms. The only time I'll drop anything I'm holding is after the seizure has started. Grand maul seizures are the worst. You have no memory of what happen after you have one of those. Plus it'll leave you with a horrible headache and you'll want to sleep afterwards because the energy you had before that bad seizure just goes right out of you. Good luck

Thanks! I don’t think they are seizures, but it’s the only way I can really explain it if that makes any sense. Thanks for the reply!
