About 4 months ago I did a very intense workout and when I got home I feel asleep and when I woke up I was trembling the whole day hoping I wasn't having seizures now ever since then I built a fear of seizures im not epileptic as I know of I have an uncle who is but he's the only one the rest of my family is seizure free but for about a month now I've been having episodes where I'll get a panic attack it's usually when I'm sleepy but it can happen when I'm not it starts with de realization and when that happens I get butterflies in my stomach breathing hard and sometimes it feels like I'm sweating when it happens I walk out of the room I'm in to regroup I'm fully aware and after the panic attacks I don't feel tired or confused just hoping it's not a seizure is this a seizure or a panic attack

Panic attacks or Seizures
Hi sounds like panic attacks, I am epileptic but been seizure free for 21 years I started having symptoms you are having had all tests looks like mine are panic attacks. Neurologist has given me tablets now a lot better. All the best
My husband had seizures for years and we haven’t seen them for a while. He has “panic attacks” but hasn’t been tested recently but he thinks he knows it’s a panic attack. Kiera, do you think it’s better to be checked though? My husband doesn’t care enough to want to check if he’s anxiety is related to the condition or not even though his family physician said he can’t be sure it’s not seizure related and wanted him to see his specialist but he didn’t end up going. He ended up setting up an appointment but it’s a long wait now.
Sorry only just seen your message it has been an emotional month with my friend dying. I dont know to be honest even with all my tests my specialist said it does not sound like a seizure and did not look like one on eeg but would not make a decision just said it is most likely panic attack. If your husband is worried best to get checked
