Trapped wind ileostomy

My mum is 8 weeks post ileostomy , she is still really tired some days as she doesn’t sleep right through the night , but the issue is she is getting terrible trapped wind some days she burps yet it doesn’t seem to ease the wind. She is on omoeprazol morning and night and uses windeeze and Rennie s as required does anybody have any suggestions please . X
