Hi

Carbamazepine can reduce the amount of sperm you produce and/or affect the quality of it.

If you haven't already it would be a good idea to speak to your doctor about your low sperm count. They can also suggest treatments that may help. And if your doctor thinks that your epilepsy or epilepsy medicine are a possible cause, they’ll usually refer you to an epilepsy specialist. The specialist may make changes to your epilepsy medicine, to see if that helps.
