Hi Annaje - I lost my licence for exactly one year after my last daytime seizure but then lost it again because I started to have nocturnal seizuress. As far as I understand, if you have had more than one DAYTIME seizure - in total - you have to wait 365 days before you can get your licence back. If seizures continue but are are only NOCTURNAL, you have to wait 3 years from the date of your last DAYTIME seizure before you get it back and even if you continue to have seizures, you can keep it as long as they remain purely nocturnal. I got mine back when I reached the three years without any DAYTIME seizures.

Hi ecossaise

Thank you for that, I dont know how confident I will be when I do get my licence if I stay clear.

I have been used to driving all over Uk as my parents lived in Lake District but don't think I could do it now.
