had a health assessment And I was wondering if anyone new why they asked me what apps I had on my mobile phone?Another question I thought they would realise they might not get the truth have you had any suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self harming, if I had I wouldn’t tell anyone I would keep it a secret.
Some of the questions epileptics can’t answer it’s a invisible disorder. We look ok but we are not ok all the time.

On doing the health assessment is also to check if the drug suits you as some do have bad side effects, as we know.
Last year when I switched to Zeppra I had dark thoughts such as yours, I informed them saying exactly that Dark Thoughts but the drug was working & with B6 + B12 which helps plus my yoga 😄. It took 9 months but is still hard.
Be honest with them, are you feeling ok now or are you still having these feelings? How long have you been on your medication? Maybe you should speak to your neurologist. Take care & speak anytime.
