Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to rid bloody headaches after seizures?! Yes sleep, rest, hydrate, only if real life worked like that eh? Painkillers?? Effective ones that will rid the after mass of a seizure pleaseeee I have tried the strong ones! Please no one comment if you are just going to tell me to sleep and rest as it really isn't always an option and i'm desperate to rid these headaches 😣😑 cannot cope! Tia...

Sometimes epilepsy can also be linked with migraine. It's worth notifying your neurologist and they can send you for some tests

Often the reason you can have such a bad headache after a seizure is concussion. Therefore, you need to take the suggestions to sleep and rest seriously. Your body really needs to recover after such an incident. Why are you often not able to?

I am a mum, I have duties that I need to attend to and would love to sleep the headaches away but I am not able to due to having my mummy responsibilities, it's soo hard. X

I suggest you tell your neurologist they might prescribe some medication to ease your headache.

well the headeaches wont go away.i would atleast put a cloth on my head lay down untill it goes away and tylenol less than that for me motrin works for my headeaches

I kno I sounds mad but crushed up ginger on the temples really helps and cbd oil is compulsory
