Anyone know of a good neurologist in Manchester ?

There are two ways to approach this.

1. Speak to your GP and ask them to make an appointment for you to see a epileptologists in Manchester. Or

2. Ring Epilepsy Action helpline in Leeds telephone [phone]

My neuro is based at Salford. His name is Dr Clough and he is amazing! He comes out to see me at a local clinic in Macclesfield. This is all through the NHS. Obviously we didn't choose him in particular but he really is great. Saw him last week just before giving birth and he wished myself and my husband good luck and even asked for a hug!!

Aww that's lovely. That's what I want someone that sees you as a person not just another patient. I am having problems with mine & have no confidence in him

Yes definitely a "people person" and the nicest neurologist I have seen. We are likely to move away this year and I will miss him.
