I do from time to time but never sure if it's the epilepsy or brain tumour or other nerve damage. Find it most after a seizure, luckily I only get complex or simple focal seizures, but the feeling you describe and complete whacked out fatigue usually occur at or around same time.

If unsure or have concerns speak to your GP or Consultant they're medically qualified and more aware of you full medical history. Don't worry you won't be wasting their time.

Hi Richard,

Next time you go to the GP, bring up this point to them.

I go through bouts of coldness, but very seldom am hot unless I've had a full blown tonic clonic seizure, which naturally has its side effects.

Let us know what the doctor says.

Regards,

Les

YEP - but usually during or after seizure, if it's just started inform your doctor as a precaution

Used to have that when a lot younger - would be shivering and trembling but feeling hot at the same time! My mother had to cover me up with loads of clothes and coats to keep me warm - couldn't stop shaking! It wouldn't start right when the seizure started but as it finished - then the trembling would begin.
