Cerazette Side Effects - advice on coming off the POP

Hi All,

So I have been on the POP Cerazette for 4.5 months and have had various side effects which have come and gone like, painful eyes, frequent long bleeds, night sweats, acne. For which I was thinking of coming off the pill but decided to give it a couple more months to see if it improved.

All of these appeared to have cleared but I now have intermittent constipation and now continuous for the last 3 days. I feel like this symptom has got worse. So again seriously thinking of coming off it as I have never been constipated in my life.

I wondered if anyone had any side effects in coming off this pill? Scared to stay on it and scared to come if it. I am sure a lot of people have been here.

Also any experience of the Coil and also Zalkya pill? As other options.

I think ideally I would like to be medication free. Just trying to weight up options.

Any advice at all welcome, thank you!!
