I’ve had a headache for 15 years. Does anyone else with endo struggle with headaches, or has had a constant headache??

Hi,Sorry to read you are getting a continuous headache.

I get hormonal migraines twice a month. Ovulation and then just before my period. They normally last a couple of days but then i also get the mirgaine hangover after which leaves me exhausted and very dizzy.

After many, many years suffering finally diagnosed with vestibular migraines. Not saying you have these but definitely see your GP there are various migraine medications/treatments all trial&error but glad I didn't give up.I think many hormone related for sure (stress related aswell as triggers). Also over the counter forehead menthol type rub (forehead stick) really soothing.
