laparoscopy- lower back pain

I had laparoscopy and hysterscopy almost 6 days ago. Within the last few days constipation has gotten pretty bad and I’m experiencing extreme lower back pain. Especially on the right side. Anyone else experience lower back pain? What did you do for it, I’m wondering if it’s linked to constipation.
