How to find ovarian cyst and fibroid?

I'm 27 years old endometriosis patient. I have a one question how to find ovarian cyst and fibroid without any scan?. like ca125 blood test. I need blood test name to find cyst and fibroid. Thank you guys.

I believe a scan is only way, and even then that can be vague. CA125 is a very non specific test, which just indicates that something is wrong in the abdominal area. In my case an extremely high ca125 saw we urgently referred to gynae oncology, but it was ‘just’ my endometriosis.

You would need a scan to find a cyst and/or fibroid. I have both and was seen on vaginal ultrasound scan.
