Abdominal pain

Hi. Might be a long shot but i wonder if anybody felt like that and can suggest anything.

I have sever endometriosis diagnosed by laparoscopy in September 2017. Successful ivf and natural birth 19minths ago. Had a natural miscarriage in April. Then my period came back as normal 30 days later. All was good until last week. Day before my period my lower abdomen started aching. My last period was 10days ago. Since then my abdomen hurts and the pain is getting worse. At first it was just an ache, tonight I woke up when i turned on my front, in pain. Its not too bad when i don't move but if I touch it i hurts. If i tense my belly it hurts. It's all happening below bellybutton, in the lower abdomen. Im not bloated, no other symptoms. Could that be endometriosis pain? Its a dull, constant pain that gets worse with touch. Its not stopping me from getting on with my life but it makes me more aware of my movements.

Any suggestions?
