Adenomyosis

Hi all, has anyone managed to get pregnant after being diagnosed with adenomyosis! Im a bit confused as to what it is and whether it definitely causes infertility. I have endometriosis, so im already worried I can't have children! The best way to deal with this is to have a hysterectomy! At 23 I feel sooooo gutted! xx
