On pill Cilest but bleeding has lasted 3 weeks and counting. It is really affecting my relationship/sex life. Anybody have any advice?

Hello tango sweets,

I started taking the same pill, I was told I wouldn't have period for 3 months. Omg it was horrible I started taking it in November by December I was on my period non stop heavy this went on till January. I managed to get appointment with the consultant who told me to stop taking it. I was on my period non stop heavy for 8 weeks. I was told that shouldn't have happened. But I was moody angry emotional ratty hot flushes horrible time. I know what your going through.

Maybe speak to the person who prescribed it to u?

I wasn't continually on a period with Cilest but I had breakthrough bleeding.
