For some reason my blood pressure had spiked from 120/75 to 169/95.

Anyone experienced anything similar?

Mine last time I had a general health check it was 120/80 and its been stable for a long long time but its not bad for demesne who suffers from extreme anxiety and profound Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. No spikes at all.

Thanks alpappy. BP seems to have settled down now. Not sure what the cause was but anxiety with a touch of panic are my prime suspects.
