Scalp sensitivity after encephalitis

Since the weather is good warm and sunny thought I’d share this. After being outside for a little while I noticed my scalp seems to be sensitive to sun light , 5 minutes outside and my scalp feels like it’s burning / stinging sensation, which usually involves a headache later on in the day , just going to assume it’s an after affect

At first I couldn’t sit in the sun at all. I’d get that weird feeling like you and then a sick headache. Then I could sit with a baseball cap on to protect my head and also my eyes as even with sunglasses they were sensitive. Three years on I can sit in the sun without anything on my head for about half an hour but then move to shade or back to baseball cap. Another thing that improves or we adapt to.
