This period of time has forced me to slow down be grateful for what I do have and enjoy the little things. Throughout my life I have enjoyed being creative, the outdoors and nature. Isolation has aloud me to reconnect with these passions watching Chris Packham and his step daughter Meggan on #wildmorningswithchris. Walking in local woods been outside has really helped my mood as well as being able to cope with these strange times.
Has anyone had this experience?
Is there something you used to enjoy that might be possible to do at this time?

I enjoy watching BBC Gardeners World, and any other Gardening programmes that are on, because I used to enjoy helping my parents out with the gardening, as well as choosing bedding plants where I wanted them etc.
But with my OCD those days are gone and it doesn't look as though it will be yet anyway.
I always miss the morning shows though. I try to 'design' my dad's garden for him, giving him tips of what to put where and how best to do it, how to look after different plants, flowers etc.
When he gets round to it, he does all the gardening himself in stages though.
I also used to like calligraphy, I wasn't much cop at art though. It's years sonce I have done anything like that.
I can't sit still for long these days and sometimes just can't be bothered so I would put it down and then go for "time out" I would end up getting low as a result. I prefer listening to music to cheer me up and motivate me more. I like Grease, and any music programmes that are on.
