Do you find any kind of exercise helpful in managing your condition?

I've never really been one for sticking with exercise, and obviously anything too strenuous is out of the question. I have dabbled with yoga and t'ai chi, and did the Alexander Technique at one point. Has anyone found these, or other types of exercise, beneficial?

So far the only form of exercise that has been working for me and hasn't made me too ill afterwards is swimming (only a bit though). I found that yoga strained my muscles too much and caused them to be in a lot of pain for about a week or two after doing half an hour of it. But that might be different for other people? Hope this helps :)
