i suggest you check out what various people on the pheonix rising site have to say about the lightning process mostly negative experiences. but then you cannot treat biological illnesses with talking therapies which is all that the lightning process offers or aggressive cbt. save your money for when the real medical scientist find some thing that will at least mitigate your symptoms.

I agree how can someone talking to you cure a physical illness, I looked it up and their is also no scientific proof about this therapy.

Thanks

Meg

I had post menopause hair loss and I have been using igrow hairlight for over 3 years now and it definitely works My hair is thicker and longer than it has been since I was in my twenties. I will never stop using it.

My sister-in-law's cousin extolled the virtues of it to me a few years ago and was full of how it had cured her and how wonderful it was. However, now she's just as ill as she was before. I'm guessing it was just the placebo effect. Having read about it myself, I cannot see how this sort of therapy could work as it does not cure the physical damage done to the brain by this disease.

I agree I was just wondering as my parents where looking into it for me and I said them you would be wasting 500 pound on someone talking to me and not doing any effect as it is basically CBT.

Hi Louise,

Would highly recommend this facebook community:

facebook.com/groups/Communi...

There are many people who have benefited from the lightning process. Personally I would highly recommend the Gupta amygdala retraining programme, which is similar but far more affordable. Please don't listen to all the negative comments from people who haven't even tried these programmes!

Good luck,

Chelsea
