Tiredness

Right guys over the past 4-5 months I keep wanting/needing small naps through the day. Like before this I was fine and able to stay awake all the time but now I feel like i need to rest my body and sleep for 10-20 minute periods usually around 6 or 7 oclock in the evening if i wake up around 8 in the morning. I have also been getting aches throughout my body but usually my back and neck start to ache and I usually ask someone to stand on my back and crack it to make it ache less. I have been researching into it and I feel like it could be a mild case of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. can anyone help? Like how do i make myself less tired in the day and keep my energies higher

This could be due to a multitude of things. CFS is often diagnosed by ruling out other conditions. We cannot diagnose here because we are not doctors.

You need to see your GP to discuss your symptoms.

Yes, go to your GP and tell him/her about your symptoms. And, yes it is a good idea to continue as you are doing to help you to cope. All the very best,
