Hi, I am from patient's family. Patient has been recently (last month) been diagnosed with Chronic Glomerulonephritis. His creatinine level is 3.8 and BUN is at 28.7. He is taking good care of his health and diet from last one month. Can the level get improve? Please suggest.

There may be an improvement in some of the labs depending on how well he sticks with his prescribed diet and medications and fluid intake. If he has not seen a renal dietician, he should.
That is something to check with his doctor. It all depends on what stage of CKD he is at. Usually for stages 2-4 they would like to see up to 2 liters. But check with HIS doctor.
