Hello and welcome everyone.
Has Spring put a spring in your step? I find that at this time of the year I am better motivated to try to keep a good balance of exercise and diet in place in my life. It is easier somehow when the days are long once again and warmth is coming back after winter.
How do you try to keep a good regime going for yourselves? What are the particular challenges? Let us know of anything you have found useful.
