Hello and welcome to this very informative group of fellow suffers.

Have you researched the kidney problem as there is a great deal of reliable information on websites like Kidney Research foundation and others.

I have taken the liberty of including them below.

Folks is there any member that can post to one of our newest members please with words of encouragement.

Hi

I am sorry, but not quite sure what lymph% or RDW means, but just to say that please don't worry about those readings. Normal readings are 60 or above, although it would be helpful if your doctor actually explained why he thinks this may be happening. Could it be diet related? Remember, your kidneys work pretty hard trying to clean your blood, so if you eat healthily, they don't have to work as hard and that could affect your readings.

My readings have gone from 21 up to 29 within the year (fingers crossed I will be back at stage 4 soon) and I am sure it has to do with the fact that I went on a well know diet and I am now watching my weight and have cut out a lot of food high in phosphate (no more ham, bacon or processed ready meals).

Please do ask the doctor why he thinks this may be happening though, but don't make yourself ill by worrying about it. xx and yes, take a look at the links left by Admin xx
