Hello Everyone.

Well it’s Monday and I was wondering how and where you are today.

I am just back from a few days away and I realise that taking a little time out gives me a chance to step out of my life and take a look at where I am going and perhaps I need a slight change of direction or perhaps my attitude !

Where are you on your journey? it might be very difficult but even a few hours or minutes to take a break are really important . What do you do to take that break and how does it make you feel?

Keep smiling.

Best wishes

Lovely having time out. I am looking forward to a little break at Easter a presy from our daughter. Recent blood tests were Stable CKD stage 3a. Am planning to curtail my Protein intake as it tends to be high at times. And only have the occasional glass of white wine.
