Does anyone have problems with their body not absorbing be 12? If I don't do shots mine in very low .

My B12 is low and my endocrinologist put me on vitamin B12. I have metabolic syndrome as well as CKD.

I do as well They put me on B12 and B6 bilingual and D3 Capsule
